Planning hasn’t taken the summer off in Milton.  There are two public meetings coming up on developments around town.

1. Ontario St. Property Land Use Study: This is a Region of Halton initiative affecting the entire Allendale property, and all surrounding regionally owned facilities at Childs and Ontario St.  What: Drop-in- sessions.  When: August 30, 2016 at 3 pm, and 6:30pm.  Where: Milton Memorial Arena- 77 Thompson Rd. 2. Sherwood Community Centre:

A combined recreation centre and library branch to be located on the northeast corner of Tremaine Rd. and Main St.  These drop-in sessions will be your chance to get a look at the designs for the new building, and ask questions.   What: Drop-in Sessions.  When: September 14, 2016 3:30-4:30pm and 6:30-7:30pm.  Where: Milton Sports Centre- 605 Santa Maria Blvd.  More information here
